Talent Management

On‑Camera Talent • Livestream Agents • Instructors • Models • Actors • Brand Representatives

Our Talent Management division supports the public‑facing side of our brands, ventures, and partner projects. We work across clothing lines, retail and e‑commerce, educational platforms, livestream programming, and high‑ticket sales ventures, producing the marketing content that drives these industries forward.

This department includes individuals who appear on camera, represent products, teach scripted classes, host livestreams, or support brand storytelling.
We maintain a selective roster of talent who can be approved for real opportunities across our ecosystem.

We are not a traditional modeling agency, and we do not “sign everyone.”
We bring people into management only when we believe they may be a fit for at least one or two active projects.

Frequently asked questions

what industries does this agency operate in?

Our Talent Management division supports projects across several industries because our company operates multiple brands, ventures, and partnerships. Talent may be cast for opportunities in:

  • Renewable energy
  • Cannabis and related consumer products
  • Home improvement and residential services
  • Fashion and clothing lines
  • E‑commerce and retail brands
  • Social media marketing and livestream programming
  • Educational and training platforms
  • Creative and artistic ventures

We continue to expand into new verticals as new brands and partnerships launch. This is why we encourage applicants to apply even if they don’t see a specific role listed — opportunities shift often, and we review talent for multiple departments at once.

Do I need experience to apply?

No. We work with both experienced talent and individuals who are completely new. We genuinely enjoy developing new talent — sometimes a blank slate is easier to train because we can teach you the exact style and standards our brands and ventures use. If you’re motivated, reliable, and comfortable on camera, you’re encouraged to apply regardless of experience.

Does joining the agency guarantee work?

No. Acceptance into Talent Management does not guarantee scheduled work. However, we do not invite someone into the agency without first discussing the opportunities we believe may be a fit for them. Before any decision is made, we review your goals, comfort zones, and strengths, and outline what options we see for you in the near future. If we bring you into the agency, it’s because we already see realistic paths for you within our ecosystem.

What types of roles are available?

We offer a wide range of roles across multiple industries and project types. Depending on current needs, opportunities may include:

  • Clothing models for apparel lines, lifestyle shoots, seasonal releases, and brand campaigns
  • Product models for e‑commerce, retail, and promotional content
  • On‑camera presenters & actors for marketing videos and educational content
  • Livestream agents & hosts for brand events and marketing funnels
  • Instructors & scripted educators for academy and training platforms
  • UGC‑style performers & digital talent for social media content
  • Brand representatives for marketing content across multiple ventures
  • Artistic or creative shoots designed to support brand visuals or expand your portfolio

Our clothing‑related roles span several industries — including fashion, cannabis lifestyle brands, renewable energy apparel, e‑commerce, and more. Many of these shoots are tied directly to brand promotions, product launches, or seasonal campaigns.

We are already active in multiple industries and continue expanding into new ones as our company grows. Because of this, we regularly add new types of shoots and opportunities, and we encourage applicants to apply even if they don’t see a specific role listed.

How often do new roles or projects become available?

New opportunities open throughout the year, and the type of work available can vary based on the industry, season, and current campaigns.
Some roles — such as livestream hosting — can function much like a regular work schedule, with consistent sessions and ongoing programming. Other roles, like clothing modeling or product shoots, are scheduled as needed. For example, we may have a beachwear campaign in the spring, a snow‑gear shoot closer to winter, or seasonal apparel tied to specific brand promotions.
Industries with strong seasonal cycles — such as renewable energy, home improvement, or high‑ticket sales ventures — tend to be busiest during their peak seasons. During slower periods, talent may receive more opportunities in other areas, including artistic shoots, creative projects, or portfolio‑expansion sessions. These assignments help keep our talent active and earning even when their primary industry is in a down season.
For example, if you represent a ski lodge or winter‑focused brand, you’ll naturally have less work in the summer. To balance this, we offer additional creative or cross‑industry opportunities so you can maintain momentum year‑round.
Because we operate across multiple industries and continue expanding into new ones, new roles appear regularly — which is why we encourage applicants to apply even if they don’t see a specific position listed.

What should I submit for my portfolio?

Your portfolio should reflect what you’re comfortable with and the types of roles you want to be considered for. It does not need to be professional — phone photos, Instagram pictures, or images taken by friends are perfectly fine as long as they clearly show you.

If you’re new, please upload:

  • A clear headshot
  • A full‑body photo
  • A few additional photos that match the style of roles you want (casual, lifestyle, fitness, fashion, etc.)

Submitting your best photos is in your best interest. If we see an immediate fit for a current project, you may receive an express interview and faster onboarding.

Your portfolio also helps us understand your comfort zones. For example, if all your photos are in baggy sweats, we may assume you’re not interested in — or not comfortable with — roles like beachwear, fitness, or lifestyle shoots. If you do want to be considered for those roles, including at least a few photos that match that vibe helps us place you correctly.

We also need to see your figure, body type, and any visible tattoos, since many roles require us to match specific brand aesthetics. Depending on the project, we may also need to know about birthmarks, scars, or noticeable tan lines if they would clearly show in a shoot. These are not issues at all — they simply help us plan properly. In many cases, it just means we’ll prepare the right makeup or lighting on set.

A less polished portfolio will not hurt your chances. We work with new talent all the time, and you’ll have opportunities to build a stronger portfolio through brand shoots, product shoots, and creative sessions as you grow with us.

Compensation

We offer several compensation structures depending on the project, role, and the brand or venture you are approved to work with.

Day Rate

Most assignments — including shoots, livestreams, instructional recordings, and brand content — are paid on a per‑day basis. Day rates vary by project type, preparation level, and experience.

Performance‑Only Plans (Approval Required)

Certain roles, especially those supporting high‑ticket sales ventures, may offer an optional performance‑only pay structure.
These plans require internal approval and are designed for individuals who prefer to earn based on measurable results rather than a fixed day rate.

Performance‑only plans offer the highest earning potential for those who qualify.

Hybrid Options

Some projects may offer a combination of a base day rate plus performance bonuses.

Important Notes

  • Performance‑based roles are always optional.
  • You are never responsible for selling or closing deals.
  • All compensation details are provided before scheduling any assignment.
