Marketing Outreach
Lead Response Specialists
Our Marketing Outreach division manages the first point of contact for our brands, ventures, and partner projects. We support solar, home services, education platforms, retail, and high‑ticket sales ecosystems by ensuring every inbound inquiry receives fast, professional, and human communication.
This department includes individuals who respond to incoming leads, follow up with warm prospects, schedule appointments, and maintain a smooth, friendly communication pipeline.
We work exclusively with people who have already requested information directly from our company—no cold calling, no random dialing, no pressure‑based sales tactics.
Unlike most outreach or appointment‑setting roles—where the first thing a prospect asks is “Who are you and why are you calling me?”—our experience is the opposite.
Our leads are expecting us.
Most say things like “Wow, I didn’t expect such a fast response,” because their phone rings within 90 seconds of submitting their request.
We are not a call center, and we do not operate like one.
Every conversation you have is with someone who specifically asked to be contacted, and every lead you engage with is exclusive, warm, and inbound.
We bring people into this department only when we believe they can represent our brand well and support at least one or two active campaigns.

Frequently asked questions
what industries does this agency operate in?
Our Marketing Team works across multiple industries because our company operates a wide range of brands, ventures, and partnerships. Marketing roles help generate interest, drive engagement, and support lead‑generation efforts for projects in:
- Renewable energy
- Cannabis and related consumer products
- Home improvement and residential services
- Fashion and clothing lines
- E‑commerce and retail brands
- Social media marketing and livestream programming
- Educational and training platforms
- Creative and emerging ventures
As our company continues to grow, new industries and campaigns are added regularly. This is why we encourage applicants to apply even if they don’t see a specific role listed — opportunities shift often, and we review candidates for multiple teams and campaigns during the interview process.
Do I need experience to apply?
No. We work with both experienced marketers and individuals who are completely new. We genuinely enjoy developing new team members — sometimes a blank slate is easier to train because we can teach you the exact outreach style, communication standards, and campaign processes our brands and ventures use.
If you’re motivated, reliable, and comfortable communicating with people, you’re encouraged to apply regardless of experience. We focus on your potential, professionalism, and willingness to learn far more than your background.
Does joining the agency guarantee work?
It depends on the role you choose. Some Marketing positions offer guaranteed hourly work, and when you are offered an hourly role, you will generally be told how many hours you can expect on average. These roles provide consistent scheduling and predictable weekly structure.
Other Marketing positions operate on a pure commission basis. Commission‑only roles are performance‑driven and allow you to work as much as you want with no ceiling on earnings. These roles are at‑will, meaning you control your own schedule and workload.
You will review all available options during your interview. We go over each compensation structure, the expectations for that role, and what we believe may be the best fit for your goals and communication style.
Most importantly, you will only enter a commission‑only role if you choose to. We do not place applicants into commission‑only positions without their full understanding and agreement.

We offer a variety of Marketing roles across multiple industries and campaign types. Depending on current needs, opportunities may include:
- Lead Generators for outreach, campaign engagement, and initial customer contact
- Appointment Setters who help connect interested customers with the appropriate team
- Campaign Support Specialists who assist with brand‑specific marketing initiatives
- Digital Outreach Agents for social media engagement and online lead generation
- Marketing Assistants who support day‑to‑day campaign operations

- Specialized campaign roles depending on the brand, industry, or project
Marketing roles span several industries — including renewable energy, cannabis lifestyle brands, home improvement, fashion, e‑commerce, and more. Many positions are tied directly to brand promotions, seasonal campaigns, or ongoing lead‑generation initiatives.
Because our company operates multiple brands and ventures, new marketing roles are added regularly. We encourage applicants to apply even if they don’t see a specific role listed — opportunities shift often, and we review candidates for multiple campaigns during the interview process.
How often do new roles or projects become available?
New Marketing opportunities open throughout the year, and the type of work available can vary based on the industry, season, and the campaigns currently active.
Some roles — such as ongoing outreach, appointment setting, or campaign support — can function much like a regular work schedule, with consistent hours and predictable weekly structure. Other roles, especially those tied to specific promotions or seasonal campaigns, are offered as needed.
Industries with strong seasonal cycles — such as renewable energy, home improvement, or certain consumer product lines — tend to be busiest during their peak seasons. During slower periods, Marketing Team members may receive more opportunities in other areas, including cross‑industry campaigns, digital outreach projects, or brand‑specific engagement tasks. These assignments help keep team members active and earning even when one industry is in a down cycle.
For example, if a home‑improvement campaign slows during winter, you may be offered opportunities in e‑commerce, lifestyle brands, or other active verticals to maintain consistent workflow.
Because we operate across multiple industries and continue expanding into new ones, new Marketing roles appear regularly — which is why we encourage applicants to apply even if they don’t see a specific position listed. Opportunities shift often, and we review candidates for multiple campaigns during the interview process.
What should I submit with my application?
Marketing roles do not require a traditional portfolio. Instead, we ask applicants to submit materials that help us understand your communication style, professionalism, and overall fit for outreach‑based work.
Depending on the role, you may be asked to provide:
- A brief written introduction about yourself
- A short explanation of why you’re interested in Marketing
- Any past experience related to communication, customer interaction, outreach, or engagement (optional)
- A sample of your writing or messaging style, if requested
- A short voice note or video introduction for roles that involve speaking (optional but helpful)
These materials are not used to judge experience — they simply help us understand how you communicate and whether you may be a fit for certain campaigns or compensation structures.
If you’re new, don’t worry. We work with applicants from all backgrounds, and we’ll guide you through exactly what to submit after you apply.
Compensation
The Marketing Team offers multiple compensation structures to support different experience levels, campaign types, and personal earning preferences. Your specific compensation plan will depend on the role you pursue and the responsibilities involved.
All pay structures are explained in detail during your interview so we can determine which option is the best fit for you.
Commission‑Only Roles (Role‑Dependent)
Some Marketing positions operate on a pure commission basis.
These roles are designed for individuals who prefer performance‑driven earnings and want the highest potential upside based on measurable results such as:
- Lead generation
- Appointment setting
- Campaign engagement
- Conversion‑support activities
Commission‑only roles are not optional for the positions that require them, but you will only be placed into a commission‑only role if you choose that path.
Base Rate + Commission Roles (Available for Select Positions)
Other Marketing roles offer a guaranteed base rate combined with a commission structure.
This hybrid model provides consistent pay while still rewarding strong performance in areas such as:
- Lead quality
- Appointment volume
- Outreach consistency
- Campaign contribution
- Engagement metrics
Availability of base‑rate options depends on the specific role and campaign.
