Our Different Divisions

Sales

Our Sales Department works directly with customers to present solutions, answer questions, and close deals. These roles generally operate on a full‑commission basis, offering earning potential with no ceiling for individuals who prefer income directly tied to their results.

Marketing

Our Marketing Department is responsible for generating customer interest, managing campaigns, and directly contacting customers to set qualified appointments for the sales team. This team focuses on lead generation, social media management, content creation, and converting attention into opportunities — without handling sales or closing. Talent Management

Our Talent Management Department is made up of our in‑house actors, models, and on‑camera performers who create the content used across our marketing, fashion, UGC, and advertising campaigns. Their work helps humanize our brands, strengthen connection, and increase conversions by bringing authenticity and relatability to every project, without directly interacting with customers.

Event Staff

Our Event Staff represent our brands and clients at conventions, expos, and in‑person events. Their role is to gather leads, engage attendees, promote offerings, and guide interested customers toward sign‑ups or designated booths. These positions do not handle sales directly but play a key part in generating in‑person interest and connecting potential clients to the right team.
